Toddy first started mixing in 1986.  He had a dual tape deck ghetto blaster strapped onto the back of his moped.  Friday nights he would pull up at the local 7-11 and get the party started. Things haven't changed much.

Toddy Rockwell’s name is synonymous with party in the Okanagan. Having run Higher Ground, Kelowna’s longest running club night for 6 years, and named best club nite 3 years in a row by off-center magazine, he is now back behind the decks doing what he does best..Rocking Crowds. His style, aptly referred to as “Old Skool Stew,” is a mash up of hip hop, funk, rock and breaks.
